Hexagon AB is a Swedish public limited company. Responsibility for governance and control of the group is divided between the shareholders, the board of directors and the chief executive officer pursuant to the Swedish Companies Act, prevailing regulations governing listed corporations, Hexagons articles of association and other internal government and control documents.
Hexagon has since years back actively approached corporate governance issues. In all essential respects, Hexagon complies with the Swedish Corporate Governance Code.
